The U.S. Forest Service plans to solicit offers for a single award, Firm-Fixed Price contract type with an estimated magnitude for the base and options between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government anticipates to award sole contract for work associated with the Wind River Warehouse Lead Paint Mitigation 2021 project. Prospective offerors are required to submit quotes in accordance with the attached solicitation. This opportunity will be set aside for total small businesses. Scope of Work: The project includes removal of existing siding on the structure, hauling off site, and disposal of the siding. The project also includes residing the structure with new prefinished 30-year warranty engineered lap siding, new window installation, exterior trim, garage doors, and all associated hardware, house wrap, and all associated misc. construction. All the above improvements will comply with the International Existing Building Code (IBEC) and all applicable local municipal building codes.
