MP 4.0 on NFSR 430, Rio Grande National Forest, Mineral County, CO Rio Grande Culvert Replacement: This contract is for the installation of a large culvert in an ERFO flood damaged section of National Forest System Road (NFSR) 430, Location of Project: This project is located on NFSR 430 on the Rio Grande National Forest. The project site is on NFSR 430, approximately 34 miles west of Del Norte, Colorado.
