All Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals for the work included in the seed project. Offerors must submit proposals for the base IDIQ contract in order to be considered for the seed project. Scope of Work: White River National Forest, Colorado The intent of this Road and Bridge Construction and Maintenance IDIQ (RBCM IDIQ) construction and service contract is to provide for road and bridge construction and maintenance on the White River National Forest. The road work may occur on any district within the forest, see the attached maps. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications referenced in Section C within the timeframe specified in Section F of the contract. The Contractor shall assume all risk, loss, damage, or expense arising out of the prosecution of the work, except as otherwise provided in the contract.
