Quotes are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the placement of asphalt concrete overlay on the existing trails and parking area at Cherry Springs Nature Area. Items of work may include the removal and disposal of the existing asphaltic surfacing as marked by the FS, placement of crushed aggregate as marked by the FS, selective brushing as marked by the FS, asphalt crack sealing and filling as marked by the FS, installation of a new stop sign and the fabrication and installation of a new access gate. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Request for Quote. The approximate start work date will be the July 31. 2021. Quotes are due at 1:00 p.m. MST, July 6, 2021. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately June 4, 2021 and may be downloaded from this site at that time.
