Quotes are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service for the Dutch John Bunkhouse/Office Remodel project located on the Flaming Gorge Ranger District, Ashley National Forest in Utah. The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing exterior aluminum siding on the Dutch John Office/Bunkhouse building, the carpet on the upper floor of building and 71 windows; and the installation of new carpet on the upper floor of the building, 71 new windows, new exterior hardy board siding and exterior siding painting. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Request for Quote. The approximate start work date will be the July 1, 2021. Quotes are due at 1:00 p.m. MST, June 3, 2021. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately May 3, 2021 and may be downloaded from this site at that time.
