No reimbursement will be made for any cost incurred, associated with: providing information in response to this synopsis, or any follow up information requests. No funds are presently available for this effort. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. The USDA Forest Service, San Juan National Forest anticipates soliciting for and awarding a contract for reconditioning 9.4 miles of National Forest System Road 521-Ormiston Point Road by reducing the width of the existing road. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for this project. After award, a payment bond (100%) and performance bond (100%) willl be required of the successful awardee. NOTE: Prospective awardees must be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov prior to award. Registration in SAM is free. All questions must be submitted no later than March 2nd, 2021 at 5:00 pm MT. Questions and Answers will be posted after that date. Project Location: Ormiston Point road is off of State Highway 145 Northeast of Dolores Colorado. A project map is in Attachment 1.
