The project will include heavy deferred maintenance including quarry and screen material from Gov. Pit and place surfacing on approximately 14 miles of single lane road. The Small Business Administration size standard is $39.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
