The project involves demolishing 12 modulating dampers and associated thermostats, removing control modules in the furnace room, and connecting a new programmable thermostat directly to each of three furnaces. It also includes rebalancing all diffusers, with detailed requirements in the attached Statement of Work and Specifications. The period of performance has been extended through March 31, 2027.
