The purpose of this solicitation is to secure janitorial services for the Island Park Ranger District Office in Island Park, Idaho. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies (other than those listed as government-furnished items below) necessary to perform services under the janitorial contract. All designated areas must present a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance. The work will primarily consist of cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms. There are two bathrooms, three entry ways, and 15 rooms (approximately 4500 square feet). See Attachment 2 – Performance Work Statement. A site visit is scheduled for February 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM MT. Interested vendors will meet the COR at the Island Park Ranger District Office, 3726 North Highway 20, Island Park, Idaho 83429 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number and Email Address). Questions shall be submitted via email to the address listed in Attachment 1 and are due no later than February 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Amendment 001 - The The purpose of this amendment is to correct the schedule of items from one line per year to two lines per year with a split between 1 day per week cleaning (7 months) and 2 days per week cleaning (5 months) to reflect the statement of work.
