A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM Mountain Time on 09/25/2025 at the Big Piney Ranger District Office, 10418 US Highway 189, Big Piney, Wyoming, 83113. The contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Philip Wong, will meet interested vendors at this office. For questions about directions etc., the COR can be reached at Philip.Wong@usda.gov. Questions about this solicitation will be due by 4:00 PM Mountain Time on 09/25/2025. Questions shall be submitted to both email addresses listed in section (xix) of the solicitation, Questions from the site visit and questions received timely will be answered in an amendment on 09/26/2025.
