The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Fishlake National Forest has a need for aggregate, meeting the specifications in this solicitation to be delivered, and the stockpile shaped at the location listed in this solicitation. The Government anticipates awarding a requiremnts contract for a period up to five years. Within the ordering period of the contract, the Government anticipates ordering a minimum of 10,000 tons and a maximum of 50,000 tons. Delivery, and Mobiliztion of the Loader for Shaping of the Stockpile, should be included in the per ton unit price. Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions about this solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
