No other changes are being made at this time **Amendment 001:** The purpose of this Amendment is to provide further information on the truck. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest Fleet Program Area has a need for a truck utility shell box to be installed on EN# 6574 a 2023 Ford F350 Diesel with an 8-foot bed length. The shell box shall be primed and painted to match existing truck. The Contractor shall provide all materials, components, wiring, and supplies, and install finished shell on the vehicle provided by the Forest Service.
