The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), lntermountain Region, Ashley National Forest, has a need for vault toilet pumping services on the Flaming Gorge (Dl), Vernal (D2), and Duchesne/Roosevelt (D3), Ranger Districts of up to 167 vaults, including 57 Double Vaults, on an "as needed" basis. Service will fluctuate depending on the use during the year. The vaults are located throughout the Ashley National Forest in Daggett, Uintah, and Duchesne Counties (Utah), and Sweetwater County (Wyoming). The vaults are listed in the SOI. See the attached excel spreadsheet for the schedule of items for the base and all option years for each district. The quote per vault/location includes all costs. The contractor shall furnish toilet pumping services which includes all equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, dispose of all waste products removed from the toilets, and add water following pumping and cleaning in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations. The contract award will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a base year plus four option years.
