The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Zone, Bridger-Teton National Forest, Blackrock Ranger District has a need for winter horse pasture to be provided for up to 36 head of stock (horses/mules) for a performance period as described in the attached RFQ. At a minimum, the quote must clearly provide the following: 1. Schedule of Items (Pages 1-4). 2. FAR 52.204-24 (Page 10). 3. FAR 52.209-11 (Page 11). 4. Information Outlined in FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation (See Pages 12-13). 5. FAR 52.212-3 (b) (Page 13). 6. Exhibit #1 Experience and Equipment Questionnaire (Pages 15-16) Please pay particular attention to the Green and Red highlighted sections of the RFQ. Address questions about this solicitation to the contract specialist listed in section (xxvi). The deadline for questions about this solicitation is 6/16/2022. Quotes are due on 6/21/2022 by 1:00 PM Mountain Time at the email address in section (xxvi) of the attached RFQ. Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the hay specification to remove the requirement for small bales. Any size bale that meets the other specifications will be acceptable for supplemental feed. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
