Closing date remains the same of January 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM MST The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region Fire & Aviation Management, Ogden, Utah, has a need for Standard Aviation Jet-A Fuel with Prist. The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain supply and delivery of aviation fuel into a plane, including applicable call-out fees, for the refueling of Region 4 (Intermountain Region) aircraft at Ogden Hinckley Field, 3515 Airport Rd, Ogden, UT 84405 It is anticipated to award one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The period of performance of this contract is from date of award through 365 days. There is the possibility, based on the need of the Forest Service, of four (4) one (1) year option years. Evaluation Factors include: Availability to deliver within short time frames Past Performance Price At a minimum, offerors shall submit the following documents with their response to this solicitation: 1-Schedule of Items 2-Experience and Equipment Questionnaire 3-Representations by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction 4-Responses to Delivery Availability, Past Performance, & Pricing PER FAR 52.204-7 (b)(1) IT IS REQUIRED THAT ALL CONTRACTOR’S BE REGISTERED AND VALID IN THE System for Award Management – SAM - DATABASE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A QUOTE FOR THIS PROJECT. www.sam.gov CONTRACTOR MUST ALSO BE REGISTERED IN THE SAM DATABASE UNDER THE NAICS CODE THAT THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED UNDER.
