Email quotes to christine.m.hansen@usda.gov The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service (FS) Ashley National Forest in Utah has a need for a soil investigation at Red Canyon Lodge on the Dutch John Ranger District, Daggett County. At a minimum, offerors shall submit the following as separate documents: Completed Schedule of Items Exhibit #1 Technical Capability Narrative: Approach to managing and monitoring a project to ensure quality control; and Identificaiton of any subcontractor’s and their role and responsibilities in the completion of the work. If applicable; List of Equipment to be used for this type of work and the availability to dedicate to any resulting contract. Submit proposed service project timeline which outlines activities, timelines, resources, and report completion Key Personnel: Key Personnel, including name and qualifications (A copy of the State of Utah issued Underground Storage Tank (UST) certification for each consultant must be submitted with your proposal) Experience: Offeror shall provide a written narrative that outlines and identifies previous projects that demonstrate the offeror’s experience performing similar types of projects. Written narrative that outlines and identifies the experience of any identified subcontractors to be used in the completion of this work. Past Performance: Provide a minimum of three (3) past performance references, that reflect recent, relevant experience within the last Five Years. All responsible vendors shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management www.SAM.gov database before submitting a quote for this opportunity.
