The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service (FS) Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Logan, Utah has a need for installing a new septic tank, sewer line, and drain field to serve an existing bunkhouse at the Right Hand Fork Guard Station, including soil investigation and permits. Demolition work includes pumping and removing an existing leach pit basin. This project is located in Cache County, Utah At a minimum, offerors shall submit the following as separate documents: Completed Schedule of Items Exhibit #1- Exhibit #2- Technical Capability Narrative: Key Personnel Approach to managing and monitoring this project Subcontractor (if applicable) roles & responsibilities Equipment Experience: Written narrative of previous, similar contracts Written narrative of subcontractor (if applicable) of previous, similar contracts Past Performance: Recency of present/past performance in relation to this effort Relevancy of present/past performance in relation to this effort This opportunity is 100% Small Business Set Aside.
