NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLIITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** The Ashley National Forest in Utah anticipates a Manila Ranger District Office Historic Exterior Renovation. The project is located on the Flaming Gorge Ranger District of the Ashley National Forest, Daggett County, Utah. The Manila Office is located in Manila, Utah. It is near the intersection of Highway 43 and Highway 44. This project includes the painting of the exterior siding, replacement of 19 historic wood windows, replacement of historic gutter in kind and size, and the installation of a new EDPM roof. A Site Visit, if held, will be announced in the solicitation Per FAR 36.204 the estimated price range is estimated to be between $25,000- $100,000. This project is a total Small Business Set Aside. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
