The intent of this project is to have a buck and rail fence installed around the dam at Hamilton Reservoir and have brace posts installed on existing fences located around the dams at Abe’s Reservoir and Twin Ponds Reservoir, Fishlake NF, Richfield RD. Payment for contract work will be made only for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items. All other work and materials will be considered as incidental to and included in the payment for the items shown in the Schedule. Perform work in accordance with attached documents, drawings, and notes. The Government will provide all of the fencing materials. The Contractor will provide the labor and tools necessary to construct said fence. Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions about the worksite and specifications. The quote deadline is not extended. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. (See attached Q&A).

The project consists of construction of a buck and rail fence around the dam at Hamilton Reservoir including installation of one 12’ gate and two 4’ gates,(approximately 575 LF) and installation of brace posts on existing fences located around the dams at Abes Reservoir and Twin Ponds Reservoir, (approximately 1,380 LF).
