The Forest Service proposes to contract for sanitation and cleaning Services for Restrooms/Outhouses Located on the Cascade and Lowman Ranger Districts of the Boise National Forest. The sanitation and cleaning services will provide the Government with clean facilities for public use. The Contract shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies, (except those designated as Government-Furnished), incidental, and perform all work necessary to conduct sanitation and cleaning in compliance with terms, specifications, condition, and provisions of this solicitation.
