Delivery will be at Washoe County on Highway 431, approximately five miles west of the intersection of Highway 431 and Interstate 580 at 18250 Mount Rose Hwy, Reno, NV 89511. It is located at approx. Latitude 39°22'20"N, Longitude 119°50'40"W, and in the NW 1/4 of Section 3, T17N, R19E, M.D.B. & M., at an elevation of approximately 5900 feet. Time frame is ninety days (90) or sooner if possible.
