This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 336999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 FTE. 1 each, ATV, 50” or less, can pull 1,600 lbs, 2” trailer rec hitch, power steering, and 3,500lb winch and more specs identified in the solicitation attached. Description of Requirement The Salmon-Challis National Forest is seeking to acquire a new UTV capable of pulling 1,600 pound trailer. This ATV will be a new addition to the fleet and will be used in the NZ Silviculture program. This ATV will be used for trail work moving gravel and rock around 3 to 4 times a month/summer. Delivery Date and Delivery Location Anticipated Award Date 180 days after award. The UTV will need to be delivered to the Salmon-Challis National Forest , 1206 S Challis Street, Attn: Larry Vogel, Salmon, ID 83467 where it will be inspected by the Forest Fleet Manager upon acceptance. Pictures of item proposed are needed along with all information needed that is identified in the solicitation attached.
