The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 336212 and the Small Business. This will be a Firm-Fixed priced purchase and evaluation factors are: Meets specifications by showing a check mark in Yes or No or comment and Picture of item Delivery Date can be met The Salmon-Challis National Forest is seeking to acquire a new 7'x18' Enclosed Trailer that can haul either a UTV or an ATV. There is a need to be able to meet policy by acquiring a trailer with dual axles and brakes and a rear door opening height of at least 76” to accommodate a UTV/ATV plus additional specifications. This trailer will be a new addition to the fleet and will be used to haul equipment that will be used for Trail work. This trailer will be used weekly or several times a week. The UTV will need to be delivered to the Salmon-Challis National Forest , 1206 S Challis Street, Attn: Pete Shuldt and Larry Vogel, Salmon, ID 83467 where it will be inspected by the Forest Fleet Manager upon acceptance. Delivery to the ground is needed, due to no offloading capability. Add a photo and details about what you are proposing along with filling out the entire solicitation.
