The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 336999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 FTE. SCNF – UTV 4X4 - 6 seater and other specs The Salmon-Challis National Forest is seeking to acquire a new UTV 4X4 with 6 passenger seats and other accessories. This UTV will be a new addition to the fleet and will be used in the NZ Silviculture program. Main users will be in planting and cone collection. Will be used to transport Silviculture/Timber Crew and equipment to work sites not safely accessible by pick-up truck due to steep terrain, snow, and narrow roads. UTV will be used to move boxes of seedlings during planting, ferry cones during cone collection, allow access to difficult areas and allow extended field work in snow and mud. UTV will be utilized year round. Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance: Shall deliver by 180 days after award The UTV will need to be delivered to the Salmon-Challis National Forest , 1206 S Challis Street, Attn: Larry Vogel, Salmon, ID 83467 where it will be inspected by the Forest Fleet Manager upon acceptance.
