The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code is 336999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 FTE. SCNF – UTV 6 seater w/plow, winch, and truck bed and other specs The Salmon-Challis National Forest is seeking to acquire a new UTV with a plow, winch, truck bed and other accessories. This UTV will be a new addition to the fleet and will be used during Fire Season and Prescribe Fire season to haul a minimum of 4 or 5 individuals. This UTV needs to be available and ready to go at any time to be used as a command vehicle and crew carried in wildland fire operations. Shall deliver by 180 days after award The UTV will need to be delivered to the Salmon-Challis National Forest , 1206 S Challis Street, Attn: Larry Vogel, Salmon, ID 83467 where it will be inspected by the Forest Fleet Manager upon acceptance. Delivery Hours: Monday-Friday 0800-1630 (excluding federal holidays). Contractor must give 48 hour notice before delivery of item.
