This solicitation is for the purchase, delivery, and spread of dust abatement materials on the designated road segments located on Salmon-Challis National Forest. Acceptable products are Magnesium Chloride brine (min. 31% salt by wt.), Calcium Chloride brine (min. 36% salt by wt.). Dry formulations (flake or prill) may be substituted as noted in the project description provided quantities offered yeild equivelent salt values as the brine products.
