The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Fairfield Ranger District Office and Warehouse are in a manner and will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Exact workdays will be determined after award of contract with COR unless otherwise noted. Cleaning Contract should be 1 day bi-weekly for 1st year, with 4 Option Years. Attachment 1-Wage Determination 2015-5515 Rev.-19 dated 12-27-22 Solicitation (SF1449 attached) should be completed and returned along with all documents requested NLT 3/03/2023 - 1400 MT to Contract Specialist - Pamela.Brande@usda.gov.
