The purpose of this contract is to secure Janitorial Services for the Tonopah Ranger District located in the Humboldt/Toiyabe National Forest building at 1400 S Erie Main Street, Tonopah, NV 89049. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to perform all the work necessary as specified herein. The building is one-story, approximately 3,086 square feet of office. The entire building is on one level with a predominantly carpeted floor and has two restrooms. Attachment 1 - Wage Determination 2015-5599 Rev.-21 dated 12/27/2022 included Attachment 2 - Map of Tonopah, NV - Ranger District Office included Solicitation (SF1449) should be completed and returned along with all documents requested NLT 3/01/2023 - 1400 MT to Pamela.Brande@usda.gov.
