It is the purpose of this contract to secure Janitorial Services for the Mountain City, Ruby Mountains, and Jarbidge Ranger District, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest building located at 140 Pacific Ave. Wells, NV 89835. The contractor shall provide all labor to ensure the office is cleaned thoroughly in order to maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean and professional appearance. The building is two-story (approx. 3,000 sqft of cleaning space), with both carpet and hardwood flooring, and three restrooms. The designated communication room, and any locked offices are exempt from this contract unless specifically requested.
