The Austin-Tonopah Ranger District, part of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, is soliciting the purchase of steel jack fencing components. The schedule of items should be filled out, as well as other areas of the RFQ document, and returned to jason.king2@usda.gov by the indicated date and time. Shipping charges may be included as a dedicated line item, although charges should not exceed the total amount of all requested supplies. The awarded vendor will have NAICS code 332996 in their SAM portfolio, or be willing to add the code at time of award. The fencing supplies will be delivered to the Austin RD Forest Service Warehouse, 100 Midas Canyon Rd, Austin, NV 89310 as soon as practicable. Period of performance dates will be determined by arrangement with the awarded business The awarded business will be responsible for offloading the fencing supplies. There is no forklift at the facility. Delivery arrangements will be made with the COR for the project at least five days before delivery of the fencing supplies.
