The Salmon-Challis National Forest is soliciting the purchase of 85 tons of certified hay to be delivered to two locations. Award of both line items will be made to the vendor providing the best value to the government. Cost for delivery of the hay should be included in the total price for each line item and the grand total and includes unloading and stacking in designated areas . Delivery dates and times will be arranged with facility personnel at least two days before delivery. The RFQ document should be completely filled and returned to jason.king2@usda.gov by the indicated time and date. The awarded business will have NAICS code 311119 in their SAM portfolio or be willing to add the code at the time of award. A Statement of work, listing specifications, is included in this solicitation as an attachment. Date and PlaceS of Delivery and Acceptance: 35 tons of hay will be delivered to the US Forest Service North Fork Ranger District office, 11 Casey Rd, North Fork, ID 83466 as soon as practicable. 50 tons of Hay will be delivered to the US Forest Service Challis Ranger District office, 311 N. Highway 93, Challis, ID 83226 as soon as practicable.
