The Salmon-Challis National Forest is soliciting the rental of portable toilets and hand washing stations for the National Rappel Academy for the dates of 5/15/2022 – 5/28/2022. All toilets and stations will be in place by the evening of 4/14/2022. The successful quote will furnish and service portable toilets and handwash stations at two locations for the duration of the National Rappel Academy to be held in Salmon, Idaho. The order will be for 8 toilets and 2 handwash stations at the Salmon Helibase located at the Lemhi County Airport. Servicing of these toilets and wash stations is to occur daily. Additionally, 4 toilets and 2 handwash stations are to be provided at the Haynes Creek Rappel Site located approximately 3 miles South East of Salmon( 21.5 miles via ID28 and Haynes Creek Road). The Haynes Creek Toilets are expected to have less use and the order will require 5 services each (Pump/Clean/Refill) during the duration of the rental. Businesses responding to this RFQ will have NAICS code 562991 in their SAM portfolio or be willing to add the code before award of contract. A delivery/set up/break down charge may be included as an itemized line charge but will not exceed the cumulative total of the requested supplies and services.
