The Boise National Forest is soliciting supplies for 7 (ea.) puncheon bridges. The successful quote will deliver all requested supplies, FOB destination, to 7359 Highway 21, Lowman, ID 83637 within 90 days of contract award. All materials, excepting hardware, will be bundled by site (A-G) before delivery. Delivery date and time will be confirmed by phone call 2 days before arrival. A delivery charge may be added as an itemized line charge but will not exceed the cumulative total of all delivered materials. A forklift and Forest Service personnel will be available at the delivery site to assist with offloading. Responding businesses will have NAICS code 321999 in their SAM portfolio or will add the code before award of contract. Please completely fill the RFQ document (each section) and return to jason.king2@usda.gov by the indicated response date and time.
