Businesses responding to the solicitation shall completely fill out and sign the request for quote (RFQ) document, provide proof of general liability and workers compensation insurance, and return to Jason King at jason.king2@usda.gov by 2:00pm MST, March 11, 2022. USDA Covid-19 workplace safety measures will be observed by janitorial personnel while at the worksite.
