The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Garden Valley Work Center, Emmett Ranger District Boise National Forest. Garden Valley Work Center Office will be maintained to satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Exact work days will be determined after award of contract with COR unless otherwise noted. Building is located approximately 2.6 miles from downtown Garden Valley Idaho, Chevron. The Work Center is approximately 54 miles from Boise Idaho. Services are to be performed after 5:00 p.m. and before 12:00 a.m. unless otherwise requested for call-back.
