We will require 3 different dispenser/chemical combinations to achieve this. Quantities of each ‘item’ and recipient information is listed on the Source Item t. Item No. 1 MCH Double Bubble Capsules: Procurement of Douglas-fir beetle. Each dispenser to contain t least 100 mg of MCH, 3-methyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one. Quantities of materials to be shipped to 2 different locations in Idaho & Montana, see the Source Item Lists. (The Montana FHP address shall receive 68% of the total units. The Idaho FHP address shall receive the remaining 32% of the units). Pricing shall include shipping costs. Each shipment to individual offices shall include current EPA label and MSDS. Delivery date for MCH Double Bubble Capsules is no later than February 15, 2022. Item No. 2 Verbenone Pouches: Procurement of control of mountain pine beetle. Each pouch to contain at least 6.75 mg of verbenone, 4,6,6-Trimethylbicyclo (3.1.1) hept-3-en-2-one. See Source Item Lists for the quantity and distribution of the material to be shipped to 2 different locations in Idaho & Montana. (The Montana FHP address shall receive 77% of the total units.
