SCOPE: It is the purpose of this contract to secure janitorial services for the Austin Ranger District, Humboldt/Toiyabe National Forest building located at 100 Midas Canyon Road, Austin, NV 89310. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to perform all the work necessary as specified herein. Services shall not be subcontracted unless approved in writing by the Contracting Officer’s (CO) with COR Recommendations. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION: The building is two-story, approximately 3377 square feet of office. The entire building is on two levels with a predominantly carpeted floor. There are two restrooms. The Computer room is exempt from this contract unless specifically requested.
