THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: JANITORIAL SERVICES, SALMON COBALT RANGER DISTRICT DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Forest Service offices located at USDA FOREST SERVICE COBALT RANGER DISTRICT BOX 729, SALMON, ID 83467, are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION: Services shall be performed at the following buildings in Salmon, Idaho: Salmon/Cobalt District Office Building (1,982 square feet) two story, two restrooms. IT Office at 311 McPherson Street (375 square feet) one room, no restrooms. Wildlife/Fisheries Building at 600 Sharkey Street (1,267 square feet), one level office building with one restroom. Road Crew Shop Building (approximately 250 square feet) office space with two restrooms. Work Center Offices and Conference Room at 518 Union Street (1,000 square feet), two story one restroom. Services are to be performed after work hours beginning at 6pm. Cleaning Services: The following services are to be performed: Once a week on Wednesdays – (November to April) Twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays – (May to October) NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $19.5 Million.
