The Sawtooth National Forest, through the Boise, Idaho contracting office, is soliciting quotes for the purchase of steel jack fencing for fencing projects at the Thompson Flats and Twin Lakes campgrounds (9,200 feet elevation) located in the Albion Mountain Range in the Minidoka Ranger District of the Sawtooth National Forest near Burley, Idaho. The 3-rail steel jack fencing and associated hardware will enclose approximately1.25 (6,600 feet) miles of terrain around the campgrounds. The terrain of the area prohibits effective use of in-ground posts and only steel jack fencing quotes will be selected for award. The successful quote will include delivery by April 15, 2021 via paved road, destination FOB, near Pomerelle Ski Resort (961 E Howell Canyon Rd, Malta, ID 83342) or the Thompson Flat Campground (42° 19' 28.9999" N 113° 37' 25.0000" W). The selected vendor will be responsible for the offloading of supplies at the delivery location, as the Forest Service does not have a forklift available at this location.
