This solicitation is for the purchase of a seed mix composed of native seed and a sterile cereal seed, 420 acres worth, which will be planted in the Donnelly Gulch. The seeds need to be of certain indicated species native to the area of Salmon, Idaho; outlined within the solicitation are acceptable substitutions, should some of the grass seed species be unavailable. Modification to Solicitation changes the amounts for the Wyoming Big Sage substitution to match pound for pound with the Three Tip Sage. Also, added under line item six of Table Two, customer is willing to accept substitute for Sterile Triticum x Secale Hybrid, must be sterile.
