Contractor will provide technical expertise and analyses for water augmentation services in the Sulphur Ranger District, Colorado. Work includes preparing Substitute Water Supply Plans, a Plan of Augmentation, draft decree, and engineering reports for filing with Colorado Water Court. The contractor will coordinate with attorneys representing the US Forest Service (Office of General Counsel and Department of Justice) and address concerns from public water rights holders.
