This opportunity provides water augmentation services for the Sulphur Ranger District. The contractor will perform technical analyses needed for Substitute Water Supply Plans, Plans of Augmentation, draft decrees, and engineering reports for filing with Colorado Water Court. The work includes providing expertise for the filing and coordinating with attorneys representing the US Forest Service, including the Office of General Counsel and the Department of Justice. The contractor will also address concerns from interested public water rights holders involved in the case.
