This is a services contract for janitorial services for the Gunnison Ranger District (GRD) office in Gunnison, CO. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, equipment, supervision, materials, and supplies except those listed as Government Furnished Property, in performance of Janitorial services described herein. This is a non-personal services contract. Providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. As such the Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees.
