The scope of this contract is to repair all doors that are equipped with security hardware at the Dolores public lands center. The following repair items are needed: Remove the existing Kaba simplex 1000 locks and furnish back to COR. Ensure they are still in operational condition before and after removal. Install the specified hardware at each door described by the table in Section 7.0 Door Repair Hardware: Hardware Install Table Install Door position switches on the following doors: FS - Dolores Warehouse - North Office Entrance Door 2 FS - Dolores - SE Exterior Office Entrance Door 1 Provide key sets of keys according to keying schedule in Section 7.0 Door Repair Hardware: Keying Schedule Table Furnish the following key quantities. Grand Master x 10 Office Master x 10 Warehouse Master x 10 Ensure all doors are square, flush, and opening/closing smoothly without incorrectly contacting the frame or hardware. Adjust all door closers to correct speeds and replace the door closer if broken. Confirm all card readers are working correctly with LENEL On-Guard software.
