The San Juan National Forest at Dolores Ranger Station is in need of one mini-excavator per attached specifications. Compact excavator is required for the San Juan Dolores Recreation program, to be used for travel management, sign installation, repairing underground utilities, developed recreation site maintenance, hazard tree removal, loading and unloading material and equipment, roads and parking lot maintenance. This compact excavator would also be used for working in less-than-ideal terrains where our other excavators may not be fit to operate, such as tight campsites and other small, developed recreation sites.
