Contractor will separate materials into similar waste streams and overpack as necessary for transport to a treatment / storage /disposal (TSD) facility. Contractor will prepare and provide the Forest all necessary documentation for obtaining small or large quantity generator EPA ID Number. Prior to transporting, contractor will prepare manifest and final documentation for transporter. Contractor will transport wastes to a TSD. Contractor will provide completed manifests documenting wastes have arrived at their final destination at the TSD facility. Contractor will provide location(s) that waste will be transported to.
