This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. 1240LQ22Q0029. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. All quotes shall include the following information: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider technical, past performance and price. Quoter shall supply any other material that will provide the Government with product information to evaluate their quote. The Government will consider all quotes received until the time of contract award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 484210. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, the size standard is $30.0 million. All quotes shall be emailed to Kaitlin Wagner at kaitlin.wagner@usda.gov. Note: Quoters are offered the dates provided below for an optional site visit. Both visits shall occur at the current Supervisor’s Office located at 1803 US-160, Monte Vista, CO 81144.
