Dolores RD FY21 Common Stand Exam (CSE) (3) Description. The USDA Forest Service San Juan National Forest has a commitment to conduct pre-treatment and post-treatment common stand examination data collection activities. Total Small Business (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1240LQ21R0013 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. The anticipated solicitation period is from 26 August 2021 – 17 September 2021. All solicitation documents will be posted to Beta.SAM under the solicitation number at item 9. (11) Site Visit. Not Anticipated for this project. (12) Pre-proposal Conference. Project Items 1, 2, and 3 are located on the San Juan National Forest, Dolores Ranger District, Dolores and Montezuma counties. Items 4 and 5 are located on the San Juan National Forest, Columbine Ranger District, La Plata County, CO. (15) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Single-Award, Stand-Alone Contract (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated base contract period is 27 September 2021 through 26 September 2022. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 24 September 2021. (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items. (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for single award. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 to receive award. The cutoff for questions pertaining to this solicitation is Wednesday, 15 September 2021 NLT 1300 MT.
