This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. (1) Action Code. R – Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services (2) Subject. Dolores RD Salter Class III Cultural Resources Inventory (3) Description. The USDA Forest Service San Juan National Forest has a contract for Class III intensive inventories CO-SHPO standards for survey areas identified in this contract covering approximately 11,379 acres (Base – 4,408 acres; Optional – 6,971 acres). Total Small Business (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1240LQ21R0008 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period anticipated from 3 June 2021 – 5 July 2021. All solicitation documents will be posted to Beta.SAM under the solicitation number at item 9. (11) Site Visit. Not Anticipated for this project. (12) Pre-proposal Conference. This is work is located approximately 15 miles north of the town of Dolores in Dolores County, Colorado in multiple areas throughout Montezuma and Dolores Counties in the portion of the Dolores Ranger District known as Plateau Creek. (15) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Single-Award, Stand-Alone Contract (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The contract period is 109 calendar days after the NTP effective date. Anticipated period is 12 July 2021 through 18 March 2022. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 9 July 2021. (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items. (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for single award. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 to receive award. The cutoff for questions pertaining to this solicitation is Wednesday, 30 June 2021 NLT 1630 MT.
