***AMENDMENT 02, DATED MARCH 8, 2021 Amendment 02 is hereby issued to a) provide answers to interested parties questions for the Dolores Janitorial Solicitation. All other terms, conditions and specifications shall remain the same. **AMENDMENT 01, DATED MARCH 3, 2021 Amendment 01 is hereby issued to a) provide answers to interested parties questions for the Dolores Janitorial Solicitation, b) provide a list of attendees per provision 452.237-71 Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conference (FEB 1988) in the solicitation, c) update (v) Schedule of Items/Price Schedule to include COVID-19 Weekly Services of the solicitation, d) add attachment 3 Warehouse floor plan, and e) add attachment 4 Office floor plan. Questions may be addressed to kellie.shaw@usda.gov 208-557-5766. All other terms, conditions and specifications shall remain the same. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies (except for Government Furnished Property) and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services for the Dolores Public Lands Office and Warehouse. The office and warehouse are located at 29211 Highway 184, Dolores Colorado. NAICS Code is 561720 – Janitorial services and a small business size standard of $19.5M. The Government is issuing this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The resultant contract, if any, will be a single award firm fixed price (FFP) contract with a proposed period of performance of 1 year Base and 4 option periods. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments of the solicitation and any subsequent postings. Quotes are due on March 11, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time All interested parties must be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) with the NAICS code 561720.
