The USDA FS anticipates awarding a single-award Firm-Fixed Price Contract for janitorial cleaning services for the Divide Ranger District under the Rio Grande National Forest in Del Norte, CO. Total Small Business (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1240LQ21R0001 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period anticipated from 27 January 2021 – 19 February 2021. All solicitation documents are posted under attachments in the Beta SAM System under the solicitation number shown under description item No. 9. (11) Site Visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Forest Service will not be allowing site visits under this solicitation. (12) Pre-proposal Conference. An option pre-bid meeting will be held on 10 February 2021 at 1300 MT. See solicitation item E.1.6 for more details. (13) Contact Point or Contracting Officer. The project work is located at the Divide Ranger District office on 13308 W Hwy 160 Del Norte, CO 81132 in Rio Grande County. (15) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Multi-Year Contract (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and three (3) option years. The base period anticipated is award through 31 December 2021. The optional periods will run 1 January through 31 December of every year following. An option year is not guaranteed. Funding will be based on the fixed price schedule of items issued upon award of the contract. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 26 February 2021. (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items. (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for single award. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 to receive award.
